卡套高压球阀结构设计:

卡套连接:主要由具有 24 度或者40度锥形孔的接头体、带尖锐内刃的卡套和起压紧作用的压紧螺母三部分组成。旋紧螺母时,卡套被推进锥孔中并随之变形,卡套与接头体内锥面形成球面接触密封,同时卡套的内刃口嵌入钢管外壁,压出环形凹槽,实现密封。

球体与阀座:球体通常采用高强度、耐腐蚀的合金材料制成,如不锈钢、合金 C-276 等。阀座采用弹性密封结构,与球体紧密配合,保障密封,启闭轻松。

阀杆:采用有倒密封的下装式结构,当阀腔异常升压时,阀杆不会被冲出,确保了阀门的安全性和稳定性。
